"Discount code worked straight away"
The discount code worked first time with no hassle at all. I’ve had issues on other sites where codes either don’t apply or make you jump through hoops, so this was a nice change. Quick, easy, and saved me a bit of money.

My order actually showed up sooner than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was in great shape too, no bashed corners, no rips, nothing loose inside. I was half expecting the usual slightly beaten-up delivery box, though to be fair that happens and it’s not the end of the world, but this one was properly tidy. Everything was wrapped nicely and there wasn’t a dent or mark anywhere. Really happy with it.

"Styles feel a bit dated and my feedback didn’t seem to matter"
I’ve ordered from Freemans a few times, but the clothes just don’t really do much for me. Some items are okay, but a lot of the designs feel a bit old fashioned and not very exciting. The site itself is easy enough to browse, so that’s not the issue. I just wish they had more modern styles and nicer outfit options. I also felt a bit frustrated because when I raised a simple point about wanting more up-to-date choices, it didn’t really feel like it was taken on board. Not a terrible experience, just not really my style.

I ordered from freemans.com and didn’t expect it to arrive as quickly as it did. I was thinking I’d be waiting a few days, but it turned up much sooner and was packed really well. The updates were simple and straightforward, and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Overall, it was better than I expected and I’d happily use them again.

Delivery was fine, but putting it together took longer than I expected. The instructions were okay, just not as clear as they could’ve been, and I definitely felt a bit pressured trying to get it all done quickly. Got it installed in the end though, and it does look good now that it’s set up.

I actually really like the clothes, so I’m not trying to be negative here, but the fit definitely runs small. I ordered my usual size and it was tighter than expected. The pieces are nice, just don’t act like it’s a normal fit — I’d recommend sizing up

I’ve ordered from freemans a few times now and, to be fair, the stock is usually good. Most of the things I click on are actually available, which is more than I can say for some other sites. My only gripe is that certain sizes seem to disappear quickly, especially with shoes and sale items, and that can be frustrating when you’ve found something you really like. Still, overall I’ve had a decent experience and I’ll keep checking back.

"Simple enough to update my email preferences"
I logged into freemans.com to sort out my marketing emails, and it was easy to find where I needed to go.

I could choose what I still wanted to hear about and switch off the bits I wasn’t interested in. I was half expecting it to be a bit of a faff, though to be fair it really wasn’t confusing at all.
The changes seemed to save straight away, and I’ve definitely had fewer unwanted emails since. It’s nice when a site just lets you manage this stuff without making it a whole thing

"I ordered a few bits of clothing…"
I ordered a few bits of clothing from Freemans after my mum mentioned she’d used them before, the prices were reasonable. I wasn’t expecting too much for what I paid, but the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. The only downside was the delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped, so I’d give it 4 stars overall.
